How do you get started in the FastStart Coaching Program? 

• Membership in AVAPP (at least one attorney in a multi-attorney firm) ($90 per month)
• Agree to work with Jim Swain and Swain Law Firm on all VA pension planning cases.
• Actively market VA pension planning
• Send all prospects through the AVAPP team (yes, they are still your clients)

How does it work practically?

• Commit to work with Jim Swain and the Swain Law Firm until $100,000 has been earned by him or the law firm in legal fees
• All VA pension planning cases be 50/50 on all legal fees related to VA pension planning (any processing fees are borne by your firm)
• Attorney participant must prepare state specific documents such as wills, POAs, deeds etc., and ensure execution by client
• Attorney participant must ensure execution of legal documents, i.e., trusts promissory notes prepared by Swain Law Firm
• After initial period, agreement can be terminated or re-negotiated by either party
