COVID-19 RELIEF INFORMATION

Due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) global pandemic, the Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA) Regional Office is closed to the public. The Regional Office and the Insurance Center will no longer accept walk-ins for claims assistance, scheduled appointments, counseling, and other in-person services. This decision aligns with federal, state and local guidance and is a proactive approach to decrease the spread of COVID-19.

To our customers, we want you to know that the VA Insurance Center is operational, and our employees are continuing to work in a virtual environment. We are making every effort to provide you excellent customer service as always. We encourage you to follow the guidance of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to keep yourself and your family safe and healthy.

We recognize that our Veterans may experience financial difficulty as a result of the coronavirus outbreak, whether they or a family member fall ill, are required to quarantine, or because their income is otherwise affected. We strongly encourage those affected to contact us at 1-800-669-8477 to make arrangements to stay current with their premium payments during this time.
