Rule to allow remarried, divorced or widowed spouses to receive VA benefits, if they were going to allow it for one it should be allowed for all.
The rule is:
- Must have been a surviving spouse of Veteran,
- Veteran died prior to January 1, 1971,
- Next marriage occurred after January 1, 1971,
- Marriage terminated prior to November 1, 1990
